The HR & Recruiting department serves as the central point of contact for all human resources matters within our corporate group. We pool expertise, establish standardized structures, and support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
As a group-wide HR unit, we develop cross-functional standards, processes, and guidelines. In this way, we ensure professionalism, transparency, and comparability—while also providing the necessary flexibility to meet the individual needs of each company.
