Apprenticeship as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist 2026
Spots available!
The SCHILLING GROUP invests in the future – through training and professional development.
To ensure our apprentices are optimally prepared for their professional careers, we operate an in-house training workshop. This allows them to gain initial practical experience early in the training process, which can then be deepened through hands-on application in later stages.
During their training, apprentices become acquainted with all specialized companies within the SCHILLING GROUP. They can benefit from the broad spectrum of expertise and professional experience represented, enabling them to become specialists in their respective fields.

FAQ
How does the application process work?
Here's how our application process works:
- Online Application – Apply easily through our application portal.
- Recruitment Test & Interview – Once we’ve reviewed your application materials and found them satisfactory, we’ll invite you to take a recruitment test and attend a personal interview.
- Trial Work Day – On your trial work day, you'll get a glimpse into the day-to-day work routine and get to know your future team.
- Hiring – If everything works out, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.
However, the application processes vary depending on the trade for which training is sought.
What kind of high school diploma do I need to apply?
It depends on which apprenticeship you're interested in. For some apprenticeships, you'll need a secondary school diploma; for others, you'll need a technical college entrance qualification. It's best to contact us for more information about the specific apprenticeship.
When should I apply, and is there an application deadline?
As soon as our job postings for apprenticeship positions are posted on our job board , you can apply.
The sooner you apply, the better, because we can’t say when all the positions will be filled. There is no set deadline for applications. Our apprenticeship openings are always up to date. If all positions are filled, the job posting will be removed from the website, and unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept applications.
What should be kept in mind regarding foreign high school diplomas?
If you have a foreign high school diploma, it is important that it be recognized in Germany. It is best to include proof of this directly with your application materials. Also, please note that the academic and practical components of the apprenticeship program are taught primarily in German. Accordingly, a good command of German is a basic requirement.
