Accounting – accurate, timely, transparent

Our accounting department ensures that all business transactions are properly recorded. From day-to-day financial accounting and monthly and annual financial statements to collaboration with tax advisors and auditors, we guarantee legal compliance, transparency, and reliability.

Controlling – Understanding the Numbers, Shaping the Future

In Controlling, we provide transparency regarding revenue, expenses, and profitability, and identify appropriate key performance indicators to guide the management of individual subsidiaries. We discuss the monthly results with the responsible GBL managers and support them in their decision-making with insightful analyses. Budget planning and forecasts secure revenue, while variance analyses minimize risk and enable decision-makers to keep their business under control.

Our goal: to identify risks early on and capitalize on opportunities in a targeted manner.

Fleet – cost-effective, organized, sustainable

The Fleet Management team is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing the Group’s entire vehicle fleet across Germany. The focus is on cost-effectiveness, availability, safety, and sustainability—from vehicle procurement and contract management to cost control.
