Project Assistant (m/f/d)
Your job with us
- Project Preparation: You order lifting platforms, coordinate steel orders, and organize technical equipment.
- Interface Work: You independently request line tickets (links) from Vodafone.
- Office Management: You'll handle general administrative tasks and take the pressure off the project management team.
- Documentation: You maintain project data and assist with billing.
What you need
- Education: Successfully completed business apprenticeship or comparable qualification or professional experience.
- Work Style: Youwork in a structured manner, enjoy getting things done, and can keep track of everything even when juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Communication: Confident interaction with suppliers, partners, and network providers.
- Industry Knowledge: Some experience in the microwave radio or telecommunications industry is a plus (for example, experience reading construction drawings), but it’s not required—we’ll provide you with thorough training.
- Language skills: Written and spoken English is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
