For our Human Resources department at SCHILLING GROUP headquarters, we are seeking a part-time HR Specialist (m/f/d) who views HR work as a collaborative role and who can competently support our employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting and facilitating employee, feedback, and development meetings
- Organizing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and assessment centers for a select group of executives
- Support Throughout the Employee Lifecycle—From Onboarding to Offboarding
- Assistance with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, references, and certificates
- Support for issues such as BEM, company pension plans, and JobRad
- Coordination of onboarding processes and assistance with time tracking
- Contributing to the further development and simplification of HR processes
What you need
- A successfully completed business apprenticeship with additional training in human resources (e.g., IHK-certified HR Specialist) or a degree with a focus on human resources
- One to several years of experience in day-to-day HR operations, e.g., as an HR specialist, HR generalist, or HR administrator (m/f/d)
- Enjoyment of working with people and of taking on an advisory role
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- Proficient Use of MS Office
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with executives
- Knowledge of communication techniques (e.g., feedback and questioning techniques)
