Business Unit Manager (m/f/d) – Data Center Design & Construction

As a Business Unit Manager (m/f/d), you will assume strategic and operational responsibility for the Data Center Design & Construction division. You will lead an interdisciplinary team and play a key role in the development, planning, and implementation of complex data center projects.

Your job with us
- Strategic Development of the Business Unit
- Management and oversight of nationwide projects in the field of data center construction
- Responsibility for budgeting, resource planning, and quality assurance
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, as well as acquiring new projects
- Collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and government agencies
What you need
- A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Several years of management experience in data center design or construction
- Extensive knowledge of data center planning and implementation (Tier standards, Uptime Institute, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English
