As Business Unit Manager (m/f/d), you will assume strategic responsibility for IBS CommNet Service GmbH & Co. KG. You will lead an interdisciplinary team and play a key role in its development, as well as in the budget planning and strategic planning for the division.
Experience in the construction, planning, or design of data centers would be helpful but is not required—you’ll have a team of experts here to support you.

- Strategic Leadership and Further Development of the Business Unit
- Responsibility for the Budget and Quality Assurance
- Collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and government agencies
- Official point of contact for customers and subcontractors
What you need
- Several years of management experience, preferably at a rapidly growing small or medium-sized business
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English
