Your job with us
- Establishment and Management of the Heat Pump/Heating Division
- Building a team from scratch, including managing staff
- Management and coordination of subcontractors
- Planning, organizing, and monitoring projects
- Technical and administrative responsibilities of the department
- Close collaboration with our existing Solar and HVAC divisions
- Optimization of workflows and processes
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships
What you need
- Experience in the field of heating and heat pump technology
- Leadership potential and entrepreneurial thinking
- Motivation to build up one's own business over the long term
- A structured and independent approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Ideally, experience in project management and team leadership
