Head of the Smart Building & Energy Management Division (m/f/d)
Your job with us
- You will be responsible for establishing and leading a new department in Smart Building & Energy Management
- Development and implementation of forward-looking processes and standards for the planning, execution, and quality assurance of electrical engineering projects
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., VDE, DGUV)
- Disciplined leadership of a team and its ongoing development
- Technical consulting, customer acquisition, and preparing quotes
- Budget responsibility and active support in project management
- Training and Orientation for New Employees
- Close collaboration with other departments, such as Purchasing, Sales, and Construction Management, to successfully implement projects
What you need
- Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d) with relevant further training to become a master craftsman, industrial foreman, technician, or engineer in the field of electrical engineering (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in building automation and energy management
- Previous experience as a disciplinary supervisor is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations (DIN/VDE, DGUV)
- Strong organizational and assertiveness skills, as well as the ability to build and motivate a team
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Proficient use of planning and documentation tools
- Customer focus, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills
