The Education Division is responsible for the establishment and strategic development
of the new "Fire Safety Training and Continuing Education" division within Fire Solution Partner GmbH & Co. KG.
The goal is to establish a modern, hybrid education system that offers both e-learning courses and
in-person training. The technical content is delivered by internal and external experts
provided; the department head oversees the pedagogical, organizational, and technical

Your job with us
1. Structure and Strategic Development
- Design, establishment, and further development of the Education Department, with a focus on fire safety training and continuing education.
- Development of an educational strategy in consultation with divisional management.
- Development of a sustainable training portfolio (e-learning and in-person formats).
- Planning and management of the e-learning portal (implementation, support).
- Planning, organizing, and conducting in-person events, workshops, and seminars.
- Coordination and collaboration with subject matter experts to integrate subject-specific content into pedagogically appropriate formats.
- Management of production processes for digital learning content (e.g., videos, learning modules, quizzes).
- Coordination of external service providers and trainers.
- Ensuring the quality and timeliness of educational offerings.
- Implementation of a learning management system (LMS).
- Development of e-learning concepts (blended learning, microlearning, etc.).
- Ensuring high-quality, user-centered educational content.
- Evaluation and refinement of learning formats based on feedback and key metrics.
- Close coordination with internal departments and divisional management.
- Establishing partnerships with educational partners, institutions, and subject matter experts.
- Representing the department at professional events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
- Responsibility for budget planning and resource allocation within the department.
- Reporting and evaluation of educational programs.
- Documentation and quality assurance in accordance with internal standards.
What you need
Professional qualifications:
- Experience in the fields of education, educational management, adult education, organizational development, or similar areas.
- Ideally, experience in setting up and managing educational or e-learning projects.
- Experience in project management and the implementation of digital learning platforms.
- Experience working with subject matter experts and presenters.
- Basic technical understanding of learning platforms and digital media.
- Experience in the fields of fire safety or occupational safety, or technical training, is a plus.
- Knowledge of modern learning methods (e.g., blended learning, learning analytics).
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Strategic and solution-oriented thinking.
- A passion for design and a spirit of innovation.

Who is a Fire Solution Partner?

The division manager of Fire Solution Partner GmbH & Co. KG is based in Munich, although the company’s headquarters are located in Neunkirchen-Seelscheid near Cologne/Bonn. With additional locations throughout Germany, including Nuremberg, Magdeburg, Schwerin, Leipzig, Stuttgart, and others, we are able to offerthis position nationwide(remote work with on-site client and office visits as needed and by arrangement).
