1. Professional Oversight and Quality Assurance
- Overall technical responsibility for fire safety within the company.
- Quality control of all services provided by the appointed fire safety officers.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements, standards, and guidelines.
- Developing and updating internal standards, processes, and documentation.
- Planning and coordinating the assignments of external fire safety officers at client companies.
- Organizing customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
- Resource management and monitoring of service delivery.
- Handling complex customer situations.
- Consulting and support for new and existing customers.
- Needs assessment and quotation preparation.
- Participation in client meetings, audits, and industry events.
- Technical and organizational supervision of the fire safety officers.
- Recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of employees.
- Planning and monitoring relevant training and continuing education programs.
- Budget responsibility for the department.
- Preparation of reports and key performance indicators.
- Optimization of processes and workflows.
What you need
Professional qualifications:
- Completed technical or safety-related training.
- Certified as a fire safety officer.
- Several years of practical experience in workplace fire safety.
- Excellent knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards.
- A sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to get things done.
- Organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.

With additional locations throughout Germany, including Nuremberg, Magdeburg, Schwerin, Leipzig, Stuttgart, and others, we are able to offerthis position nationwide(remote work with on-site client and office visits as needed and by arrangement).
