In short:You will establish the new division for container solutions (e.g., mobile data centers, edge housing, or smart infrastructure containers) and lead it both operationally and strategically.
In detail, this means:
Building & Shaping
You’ll design our new Container Solutions division and define its structures, processes, and roles.
Setting Goals
You’ll define clear workflows, project goals, and the appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the division.
Building a Team
You’ll select new team members (e.g., technicians, project managers) and thoroughly train them.
Connecting
You serve as the central point of contact for business unit management, technical development, suppliers, and customers.
Optimizing
You continuously improve production, integration, and logistics processes and ensure high quality.
Keeping an Eye on the Numbers
You are responsible for budget planning for the department and keep project costs under control.
What you need
Education
Technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT systems electronics, a technical degree, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
Substantial professional experience in the field of container solutions, modular space systems, data center infrastructure, or industrial enclosure technology.
Leadership
Initial experience in building or leading teams, subcontractors, or complex projects.
Work Style
A highly structured, analytical, and independent work style with a focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.
Mindset
A healthy dose of a “get-things-done” mentality and entrepreneurial thinking to build a division from the ground up.
Soft Skills
