In short:You’ll be setting up a new IoT department.
Here’s what that entails in detail:
Building & Shaping
You’ll design our new IoT department and establish its structures, processes, and roles.
Setting Goals
You’ll define clear workflows, goals, and the appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs).
Building the Team
You’ll select new team members and thoroughly train them.
Connecting
You serve as the central point of contact for business unit management, development, and other departments.
Optimizing
You continuously improve our processes and ensure high quality in IoT operations.
Keeping an eye on the numbers
You handle budget planning and keep costs under control.
What you need
- Training as an IT specialist, an electronics technician for IT/IoT systems in building services engineering, an electronics technician for information and systems technology, or a similar field.
- Substantial experience in the IoT field (e.g., with connected devices, cloud platforms, or smart tech projects).
- Initial experience in building or managing teams, subcontractors, or projects.
- A highly structured, analytical, and independent approach to work.
- A healthy dose of a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to take on a genuine leadership role.
