Your job with us
A modern
fleet doesn't just run on its own.
To ensure that vehicles
are available, deadlines are met, repair shops are booked in a timely manner,
and costs are kept under control, you need someone who can
keep track of everything. This is exactly where
you come in.
As a
fleet management employee, you’ll ensure that our vehicles
are reliably organized, managed, and maintained. You’ll coordinate
registrations and deregistrations, schedule maintenance and repair appointments, handle
insurance claims, and serve as the point of contact for all matters related to our
vehicle fleet.
You won’t be
spending the whole day just looking at spreadsheets or handling purely administrative tasks.
Instead, you’ll coordinate with repair shops, leasing companies, insurance providers, and
internal contacts to ensure that all processes related to
our vehicles run smoothly.
Your
main responsibilities will include:
- Management and Maintenance of Our Vehicle Fleet
- Vehicle procurement and decommissioning
- Preparation of registrations, deregistrations, and documentation
- Organizing Vehicle Pickups and Returns
- Scheduling Maintenance, Inspections, and Repairs
- Coordinating workshop appointments
- Claims Processing
- Coordination with Insurance Companies and Service Providers
- Tracking TÜV, HU, AU, and UVV Appointments
- Management of Lease and Service Contracts
- Monitoring Costs, Invoices, and Budgets
- Preparation of reports and key performance indicators related to the vehicle fleet
In short: You make sure our vehicles are where they're needed and that everything runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and in compliance with the law.
What you need
For this
position, we are not looking for a traditional career changer.
You'll be the best fit

- Apprenticeship as an automotive salesperson or a comparable qualification
- Experience in a car dealership, fleet management, or vehicle management
- Proficiency in dealing with vehicles, repair shops, and service providers
- Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- a structured and independent approach to work
What matters to us
Technical
skills can be developed. Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility,
and reliability, on the other hand, are qualities you’re born with.
That's why
we're looking for someone who enjoys organizing, thinks proactively, and can keep track of everything
even when multiple issues are on the table at the same time.
What matters to us:
- Personal Responsibility
- Organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Service Orientation
- Reliability
- Business Acumen
- Ability to work in a team
