Your job with us

Development of the HVAC Department: Planning, organizing, and implementing this new department within the company
Strategic Market Integration: Analysis of market potential, development of strategies for market entry and acquisition of new customers, as well as project management
Team Building and Leadership: Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team of technicians and skilled workers
Project Management: Leading projects in the field of HVAC, from acquisition through to successful implementation, including cost and schedule control
Customer Acquisition and Support: Building and maintaining customer relationships, developing customized solutions, and providing consulting services for HVAC-related issues
Quality and Process Management: Ensuring high standards in planning, installation, and service; implementing efficient work processes
Technical Responsibility: Ensuring compliance with all legal, technical, and safety-related requirements in the field of HVAC

What you need

Qualifications: Master craftsman in air conditioning technology, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), or a comparable qualification
Experience: Several years of professional experience in HVAC, as well as proven experience in leading teams or projects
Entrepreneurial mindset: The ability to strategically build a new department and successfully position it in the market
Leadership skills: Experience in managing employees and developing teams
Customer-Focus: Confident interaction with customers, a solution-oriented approach, and a strong commitment to service
Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of current technologies and standards in the field of HVAC
Soft skills: organizational skills, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit.
Mobility: Willingness to travel and a Class B driver's license
