Your job with us
In short:You’ll be setting up our new department for photovoltaic solutions and managing it both operationally and strategically.
In detail, this means:
Building & Shaping
You’ll design the new PV division and define structures, processes, and roles for project planning and installation
Setting Goals
You’ll define clear workflows from the grid connection request through commissioning and manage the division using appropriate KPIs
Building a Team
You’ll select new team members (e.g., PV project planners, construction managers, master electricians) and provide them with technical and disciplinary guidance
Connecting
You serve as the central point of contact for grid operators (VNB), authorities, general contractors, suppliers, and senior management
Optimize
You continuously improve planning, logistics, and installation processes and ensure compliance with VDE standards and occupational safety regulations
Keeping an eye on the numbers
You are responsible for budget planning for the department, cost out major projects, and keep profitability under control
What you need
- Technical training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g., electronics technician for energy and building systems, master craftsman, technician)
- Substantial professional experience in the construction or commissioning of PV systems
- Initial experience in building or leading teams, subcontractors, or projects
- A highly structured, analytical, and independent approach to work
- A healthy dose of a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills and a desire to take on a genuine leadership role
