Your job with us
- Management and development of the existing team
- Establishing new organizational structures and customer relationships
- Planning and Management of Refrigeration and HVAC Projects
- Coordination of subcontractors on large-scale projects
- Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and processes
- Technical consulting for customers and project partners
- Expanding the department and actively contributing to the company's growth
What you need
- Technician, master craftsman, or bachelor’s degree holder in building services engineering, refrigeration, or air conditioning
- Experience in the field of HVAC and refrigeration technology
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to become a leader
- An independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Entrepreneurial thinking and customer focus
- Advantage: an existing customer network or your own business contacts
