Microwave Link Construction Coordinator – Working Throughout Bavaria (m/f/d)
Your job with us
You serve as the link between our Senior Construction Coordinator and our clients. With your technical expertise, organizational skills, and hands-on approach, you ensure that our microwave radio projects are planned and executed smoothly—from the office to the construction site.
- Assisting the Senior Construction Coordinator with the planning and implementation of microwave radio projects
- Preparatory tasks in the office and on-site support
- Coordination and supervision of construction processes on site
- Communication with customers, service providers, and internal teams
- Use of drones for documentation and site inspections
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the use of PPE
- Operations throughout Bavaria, with a focus on the southern and central regions
What you need
- Completed technical training or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in construction coordination or telecommunications is a plus
- Knowledge of how to use personal protective equipment against falls from heights (PPE GA)
- Climbing certification (preferred) – alternatively, we offer training courses
- Experience with drones (e.g., for documentation purposes)
- Proficiency in using laptops, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within Bavaria
- German language skills at least at the B2 level
